Your Umrah Rituals Guide<\/h2>\n

\n Step-1Ihram\"\"<\/p>\n

Wear the prescribed clothing and make the intention (Niyyah<\/em>) for Umrah, then recite the Talbiyah<\/strong> as you begin your sacred state.<\/p>\n

Step-2Tawaf (Circling the Kaaba)\"\"<\/p>\n

Tawaf is an act of worship where a Muslim circumambulates the Noble House (the Kaaba), drawing closer to Allah through devotion and obedience. It is a symbol of love, submission, and spiritual connection.<\/p>\n

                Step-3Sa\u2019i Between Safa & Marwah\"\"<\/p>\n

                After completing Tawaf, follow the guidance signs inside the Grand Mosque that direct you to Al-Safa<\/strong>, the starting point of the Sa\u2019i journey.<\/p>\n

                  Starting from Al-Safa<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • \n

                    Stand at the location of Al-Safa. Although the original mount no longer exists, rocks mark the area on the ground floor, and signs indicate its position on the upper floors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Walking Towards Al-Marwah<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • \n

                      Begin walking from Al-Safa towards Al-Marwah.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Running in the Green Flag Area (for Men)<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • \n

                        Upon reaching the section marked by the two green flags<\/strong> on the roof of Al-Massa\u2019, men should jog or run briskly until the end of this marked area. Women walk at a normal pace.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                        Reaching Al-Marwah<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • \n

                          Once you reach Al-Marwah, that completes one direction. Turn around and walk back to Al-Safa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                          Completing Seven Circuits<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          • \n

                            Continue this process until you have completed seven laps<\/strong> (three and a half times back and forth).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            Men jog every time they pass the green flag area during each lap.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            Step-4Shave Hair or Trim\"\"<\/p>\n

                            After completing Tawaf<\/strong> and Sa\u2019i<\/strong>, the Umrah pilgrim performs Halq<\/strong> (shaving) or Taqsir<\/strong> (hair cutting), marking the completion of Umrah. At this point, all restrictions of Ihram are lifted.<\/p>\n

                            For Males:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                              Shave the entire head (Halq<\/strong>) or trim the hair (Taqsir<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              For Females:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                Cut a small portion, about 1\u20132 cm<\/strong> from the ends of the hair.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  The pilgrim may delay hair cutting until returning to their residence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Hair can be cut personally or by someone assisting the pilgrim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  Until hair is cut or shaved, the prohibitions of Ihram<\/strong> remain in effect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
